reason #1: first rate performances
last night while heading home from work i stumbled upon this performing goldmine. in case the picture doesn’t clearly tell the story, the guy on the left has a face drawn on his stomach and is dancing away, while the guy on the right jams out on the keyboard. while the novelty of street performers wore off long ago, i couldn't resist stopping and watching. and laughing. quite a spectacle. worthy of the proverbially dollar. and just one of many reasons my city is better than yours.

Shoot. how can i even act like SLC can throw down against NYC. Everyone knows that besides like Seol and Mexico City, everything is absolutely pitifull in comparison to the center of the universe-NYC. man, i'm jealous.
